Jammu and Kashmir:

Jammu and Kashmir is one of the best places to be visited. It is renowned all over the world for its iconic and scenic view that defines the nature.   • MATA VAISHNO DEVI:

Mata vaishno Devi Temple is among the most visited Hindu shrines in the world. It is one of the holiest pilgrimage of our times. Mata vaishno Devi resides in holy cave located in three Peak Mountain Trikuta. Every year over 1 crore year yatris exceed. Due to the faith of the devotees, they come from parts of India and even from abroad. It is located at an altitude of 5200 ft. above sea level. It has a helicopter service,  pony ride can be taken and this is one of the best and famous places to be visited in jammu.

  • RAGHUNATH TEMPLE:

One of the best place that highlight jammu is Raghunath temple which consists of seven different Hindu shrines. It was built at the time of Maharaja Ranjit Singh. Each temple is in same shape but with different height. The style of architecture seem to how bond of sikh and style of mughal. The paintings inside the temple catch the attention of chapter of Ramayana,  Geeta and Mahabharta.

  • BAHU FORT:

One of the sight seeing beauty is the Bahu Fort. It was built by Raja Gulab Singh in 18th century of Dogra empire. Bahu fort is at 325 meters elevation and located at the opposite of jammu’s old town. It is built with black motar and lime.   • PEER KHO CAVE:

This is also one of the most visited place in J&K. This is one of the oldest temple in the city and Raja Ajaib Dev has built it in 15th century. It attracts visitors as the courtyard of temple is so wowsome, specially at the eve of Diwali. Famous places

  • BHIMGARH FORT:

This also speaks for the jammu city attractive views. This fort is at 150 mts. above ground.  This is an attractive place because there is a Temple,  Pond and Opulent rooms here. It was built by Maharaja Rishipal Rana and constructed using Clay. Famous places

This is beautiful with different flowers,  and located beside Tawi river.  Tgere is a garden which will connect you with beauty of nature.  There is also Aquarium in which is in the shape of fish and a public gallery. There are 400 different types of fishes here and can also boating here.

  • MANDA ZOO:

This is also one of the best places to visit to jammu. Manda zoo is a perfect place to visit with your children also. This is in small area but the list of exhibit is quite long.  Sambhar, Hog deer,  Porcupine, Leopard, Python are the creative which can be spot here.

  • AMAR MAHAL PALACE:

Amar Mahal Palace or Hari Niwas is an iconic landmark in the city of jammu.  The palace was built by a french architect in 19th century by Raja Amar Singh. Now,  it has been converted to Museum. It exhibits paintings,  books,  arts. There is a Throne that is 120kgs. There is a mountainic view behind it and is built besides the river Tawi.
